In Bristol we have carried out two radical remodellings of existing
blocks for the Council; at Kingsley House enclosing external access
balconies and adding staircases, and at Orlebar Gardens resculpting
five storey maisonette blocks into houses with flats above.

Middle Farm, Poundbury. The conversion and extension of an existing farm grouping to provide new facilities for a software company. |

Cotshill Gardens, Chipping Norton. Conversion of a grade II listed workhouse into 22 houses for Regalian Properties. |

Chemistry Overcladding, Bristol. The recladding of the complete building complex, and design for the first phase which won an INCA award for the “Best use of Insulated Render and Cladding for Refurbishment of Commercial Buildings” in 2003. |

Orlebar Gardens, Bristol. Remodelling of a fifties deck-access block for Bristol City Council to provide 56 flats. Won a Bristol Civic Society Award and a Civic Trust Commendation. |

The Glove Factory, Yeovil. A new mixed-use urban block incorporating a listed industrial building and providing 27 houses and 10 flats. |

Great Western Road, Chard. A proposed mixed-use development including 23 houses and 24 flats centred around the grade II listed ex-railway station which is converted for commercial use in Chard, Somerset. |

Firepool Lock, Taunton. High density mixed use canalside development designed around a listed Victorian pumphouse. |

St. Andrew Street, Tiverton. The conversion of 12 houses, including two listed buildings, in a conservation area in the heart of Tiverton. (Part of our competition winning design for the Town Hall Site). |
