Bristol Region

Midland Road, Bristol. The regeneration of a disused city centre site, comprising of flats, maisonettes and a two bedroom house, drawing charater from nearby conservation area.
Cheltenham Road, Bristol. Thirty-six flats on the steeply sloping site of a former public library on the edge of the Redland and Cotham Conservation Area.
Station Road, Montpelier. High density development of student flats on the very enclosed site of a former Chinese supermarket.
Dove Street, Kingsdown. A small infill scheme of ‘microflats’ within the Georgian area of the Kingsdown Conservation Area.
Golden Valley Mill, Bitton. Two hundred houses on the site of a former automotive parts factory within the village envelope.
Fishponds Road, Bristol. Twelve flats above an existing shop built in the 1960s'.
Howard Road, Westbury Park. A block of fifteen flats in the Arts & Crafts style,  designed to blend in with its 1930’s neighbours.
Malvern House, Redland, Bristol. Modernist style apartments and town houses close to listed buildings in the Redland Conservation Area. Won a Bristol Civic Society Award.
Cumberland Yard, Bristol. Twenty homes in the dockland area for Knightstone Housing Association.
Lawrence Weston Road, Bristol. Eight split-level terraced houses for the Guinness Trust.
Orlebar Gardens, Bristol. Remodelling of a fifties deck-access block for Bristol City Council to provide 56 flats. Won a Bristol Civic Society Award and a Civic Trust Commendation.
Kingsley House, Bristol. Remodelling of a thirties deck-access block for Bristol City Council to provide 56 flats for single people. Won a Bristol Civic Society Award and a BALI landscape award.

South-West Region

The Glove Factory, Yeovil. A new mixed-use urban block incorporating a listed industrial building and providing 27 houses and 10 flats.
Great Western Road, Chard. A proposed mixed-use development including 23 houses and 24 flats centred around the grade II listed ex-railway station which is converted for commercial use in Chard, Somerset.
Firepool Lock, Taunton. High density mixed use canalside development designed around a listed Victorian pumphouse.
Town Hall Site, Tiverton. Competition winning design including 58 new and converted homes, cafe/gallery & amphitheatre on this unique steeply sloping site between the listed town hall and the river Exe.
St. Andrew Street, Tiverton. The conversion of 12 houses, including two listed buildings, in a conservation area in the heart of Tiverton. (Part of our competition winning design for the Town Hall Site).
Knightstone Island, Weston-super-Mare. Competition entry for an exclusive residential development including the re-use of three listed buildings.

Wales

High Street, Caerleon. A new house in the form of a long stone barn, built on a site with Roman archaeology, within the conservation area in the heart of Caerleon, South Wales.
Liswerry Road, Newport. A scheme for 9 houses and 15 flats with a 3-storey tower, which forms a landmark feature on the edge of a bleak post-war housing estate.
Horizon, Whitchurch. Eight town houses, 42 apartments and a new rugby social club house on a curved site with stunning views in North Cardiff.
Old Vicarage, Sketty. A contemporary curved development of apartments set amongst tall trees on the site of a former nursing home in Swansea.
Llandarcy, Area One. One hundred & fifty dwellings on a steep site as the first phase of the new urban village of Coed D’Arcy near Swansea.
Larchfield House Site, Abergavenny. Fifty-one home development on a spectacular site at the edge of the town for Westbury Homes.
Aberystwyth Student Housing. A significant student housing scheme with a central facilities building on a steep site in Aberystwyth.

South & East Regions

Lookout, Weymouth. A new timber private house within the curtilage of a Grade II listed observation tower overlooking Chesil Beach
Kingsmead, Canterbury. A high density urban development on a riverside site within view of Canterbury Cathedral.
Private House, Guildford. A substantial family house in the Surrey vernacular.
Poundbury Affordable Housing. Affordable housing for the Guinness Trust within the various phases of Poundbury.
Public Building, Poundbury. A classical style mixed use building combining office space and 8 flats for Westbury Homes and the Duchy of Cornwall.
Poundbury Phase 2E. Design for 85 homes including a classical style mixed use building combining 8 flats and offices for Westbury Homes and the Duchy of Cornwall.
Poundbury Phase One. Lead & coordinating architects for the initial phase of this ground-breaking urban village for The Prince of Wales on the edge of Dorchester (working within Leon Krier’s Masterplan).
Shaftesbury, Little Shilling and Easterly Extension. Masterplan for an 800 house and mixed-use urban extension for Persimmon Homes, Westbury Homes and Heron Land.
Bishops Court Bayswater. High density apartment development near Paddington Station, London for Clayform Properties.
Martins Close, Salisbury. Thirty-six cottage style houses on the edge of Salisbury.
Upper Bugle Street, Southampton. Conservation area development of 96 flats for the elderly and single people.

Midlands and the North

Gloucester Street, Wotton-under-Edge. Thirteen houses near the town centre on the site of a former garage for Edward Ware Homes. Won a Stroud District Council Design Award 2005 and a RIBA Housing Award Commendation 2006.
Corve Street, Ludlow. A mixed use urban infill development piecing back a small part of the urban fabric of central Ludlow.
