The experience of the Partners includes

Housing for Specialist Groups / Elderly / Students

Over the last four years we have been working for the National Society for Epilepsy in Chalfont St Peter on a series of care homes, three of which are now complete. We have designed two care homes in Newquay for The Duchy of Cornwall.

We have designed several housing schemes specifically for the elderly including a residential home for Abbeyfield in Easter Compton near Bristol.

Our student housing experience includes a large green field development for 500 students for the Combined Universities in Cornwall at Falmouth and a smaller scheme for 24 flats on a constricted site in central Bristol.
