12 houses and 1 flat on the site of a former garage in the Cotswold town of Wotton-Under-Edge. The scheme reinstates Gloucester Street with a mixture of house types and materials evoking the genuine character of the town. The buildings are finished in render and rubble stone with pantile and plain tile roofs. Due to highway constraints the parking is grouped in a courtyard accessed through an archway at the bottom end of the site.
