Our involvement in rural housing started with five schemes in Exmoor for the West Somerset Rural Housing Association in the 1980's which led to an appointment as coordinating architects for Poundbury Phase 1 in 1993, and other work for the Duchy of Cornwall.

West Somerset Rural Housing schemes include six houses at Wheddon Cross (top left) eight houses at Timberscombe (top centre) and three houses for the elderly at Luccombe (above and top right). Duchy of Cornwall schemes include the development of fifteen detached and semi detached houses built for sale by Bellway Homes at Farrington Gurney (bottom left and right).
