The redevelopment of a former garage site with 15 apartments and 7 townhouses in the heart of Old St Mellons, two miles east of Cardiff facing the Newport Road. The site slopes steeply towards the south with stunning views over the Bristol Channel, and the location is highly sustainable with all facilities within walking distance. The apartments are in one articulated block designed to complement the lively character of the two historic pubs opposite - the White Hart and the Bluebell, which used to be a coaching inn on the main road to England. The townhouses are a white rendered terrace with slate hanging in the Arts and Crafts style. A welcome opportunity to enhance the very heart of Old St Mellons village by the addition of a sympathetic development.
