A competition entry on behalf of Country and Metropolitan Homes for North Somerset Council to create an exclusive residential development by converting three existing listed buildings and the construction of new infill blocks. Dr Fox's house, the Swimming Baths and Knightstone Pavilion are three buildings of enormous character, and together form a strong part of Weston-super-Mare's history. This development is in essence the means of securing their future. The circular tower is a landmark for the whole of Weston Bay and is topped off by two storey penthouses.
