Westbury Park is a suburb in north Bristol which was developed between 1900 and 1940. The buildings in Howard Road are a curious mix of large handsome 2 ½ storey Edwardian villas and considerably smaller 1930's houses and even bungalows. This scheme is the redevelopment of the site of two of the bungalows. The 2 ½ storey proposals comprise 15 two-bedroom apartments and are very carefully designed to blend with the scale and materials of both the 1930's houses and the Edwardian villas. All apartments are entered from the front and have a southerly aspect.
