A proposal for three storey student housing on the site of a warehouse in the dockside area of Bristol. The accommodation is in flats of four to seven rooms and is arranged around intimate cobbled pedestrian courtyards. The student rooms have en-suite accommodation in the form of pre-fabricated bathroom pods. Each flat has a communal kitchen/dining room. The layout carefully integrates two Victorian pubs, the White Horse and the Albion, on the corners of Hanover Place at the east end of the site. The scheme is bisected by a new tree lined avenue with parking on either side.
