This development marks the first joint venture between the Aster Group and Westbury Homes in the beautiful Hampshire village of Collingbourne Ducis. The scheme of 25 houses forms an extension to an existing Sarsen Housing Association development dating from the 1980s. Of the twenty-five houses, four are to be rented, nine are for shared ownership and twelve are for private sale. The materials reflect the local palette: red multi brickwork and flint, painted render, clay plain tiles and natural slates.
