This is a large student housing scheme on a prominent site overlooking the town of Aberystwyth. The site is steeply sloping and bisected by a deep wooded valley. The housing is arranged in tight courtyards set parallel to the contours, typically in two-storey houses with 6 rooms per house sharing a common kitchen/dining room. The focal point of the layout at the highest point of the site is the student facilities building with its bar, TV lounge, games room, computer suite and laundrette. The circulation within the building is a glazed walkway which runs around the central landscaped coutyard.
